About the role
- Lead commercialization efforts of health plan and employer products across B2B lines of business
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Client Services, Finance, Underwriting/Actuarial/Data Science, and other related teams to launch and grow products
- Work with data to understand product performance and partner with Reporting and Marketing to create compelling results stories.
- Champion product enhancements and serve as the voice of the customer in partnership with Product peers.
- Unpack complex opportunities, quantify and prioritize them through business case development
- Lead groups of diverse stakeholders to deliver on objectives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management/development, product commercialization & strategy, or product management within the healthcare space preferably at a health tech, tech-enabled provider, or Payor/PBM organization
- 7+ years of experience developing analyses, presentations, and supporting materials with strong ability to communicate simply to diverse groups of stakeholders
- 7+ years of experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing work based on impact and team priorities
- 5+ years of experience in strategic thinking including quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of making informed, data-driven decisions, with a strong emphasis on translating data insights into actionable strategies
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships at a senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels both within CVS Health and outside of the organization
- 3+ years managing one or more employees.
