About the role
- Manage sales growth by building a book of business leveraging field sales marketing activity and telesales programs
- Sell, cross-sell, up-sell, and retain through the use of the Aetna IVL Medicare product portfolio
- Deploy an operating model that supports 3 days in the field and 2 days in a call center queue to support the organization
- Own the member relationship throughout the year and be the primary contact for member inquiries
- Document in the hybrid field sales integrated tech stack the call interactions
- Develop, continuously train, and learn new sales skills
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or 1 to 2 years’ experience of selling multiple Medicare products (i.e., Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement)
- Life & Health insurance license is not required to be employed (must obtain within 60 days)
- Active use of computer for carrying out daily job activities
- Ability to multi-task while talking on the phone
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Self-starter with positive attitude
- Ability to control emotions when dealing with unhappy customers
- Adaptable to high pressure, achievement-oriented environment
- Drive to build, manage, and grow a book of business
