  • Automating manual data processes
  • Migrating applications to modern technologies
  • Preparing data for Tableau dashboards that deliver prior authorization insights and exception reporting
  • Conducting exploratory data analysis and apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to identify trends, forecast volumes, and support workforce planning
  • Build and validate data pipelines and machine learning workflows using Python, Dataiku, and cloud-based tools
  • Collaborate with operations teams to understand business needs and develop logic and metrics for Tableau KPIs, ensuring accurate and actionable reporting

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and database development
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies including PL/SQL, T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning
  • Hands-on experience creating SQL queries, packages, functions, and views for ad-hoc and recurring reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server development, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Advanced skills in ETL and reporting tools such as SSIS, SSRS, Alteryx; exposure to Dataiku is a plus
  • Working knowledge of multiple RDBMS platforms (Oracle, Teradata) and complex SQL report development
  • Experience with Python for data processing and automation
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including SQL Server on GCP
  • Understanding of database design principles, logical and physical data models
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience applying statistical methods (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting) to operational or business datasets
  • Ability to build and evaluate predictive models or machine learning workflows using Python libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, or NumPy
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and documentation best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess business impacts and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Agile mindset with a focus on delivering incremental value and incorporating feedback quickly
  • Ability to learn new domains and data sources rapidly
