About the role

  • Lead the development and delivery of insights and analysis across Trade initiatives
  • Administer and actively foster the development of business intelligence and analytics function
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights
  • Develop economic assessments to advise Trade executive leadership
  • Oversee teams that advise on Trade implications of PBM client pricing strategies
  • Manage and optimize analytics processes
  • Deliver actionable insights to drive business outcomes

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical strategy or analytics
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturer pricing
  • Access dynamics and market trends
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data
  • Strong background in competitive intelligence
  • Policy impact assessment
  • Developing frameworks to monitor trade and manufacturer dynamics
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare, pharmaceutical, and trade industry trends

  • Exceptional leadership skills to build and develop high-performing teams
