About the role

  • Serve as consultative lead on specialty product solutions to improve member outcomes and effectively manage specialty trends.
  • Grow business in specialty pharmacy and medical benefit solutions.
  • Responsible for PBM Health Plan clients for all lines of business.
  • Support renewal, retention, and product up-sell for existing clients.
  • Manage specialty client satisfaction, strategy, contracts (pharmacy, medical, product, etc.) and contract terms (such as performance guarantees), and service delivery.
  • Lead the account as the specialty quarterback by partnering with internal teams.
  • Own strategic specialty client relationships with C-suite and day-to-day points of contact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years PBM experience within the Sales, Account Management or client-facing role.
  • Experience presenting information in a formal setting.
  • Experience using analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to leaders to develop solutions.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.
