About the role
- Serve as consultative lead on specialty product solutions to improve member outcomes and effectively manage specialty trends.
- Grow business in specialty pharmacy and medical benefit solutions.
- Responsible for PBM Health Plan clients for all lines of business.
- Support renewal, retention, and product up-sell for existing clients.
- Manage specialty client satisfaction, strategy, contracts (pharmacy, medical, product, etc.) and contract terms (such as performance guarantees), and service delivery.
- Lead the account as the specialty quarterback by partnering with internal teams.
- Own strategic specialty client relationships with C-suite and day-to-day points of contact.
Requirements
- 5+ years PBM experience within the Sales, Account Management or client-facing role.
- Experience presenting information in a formal setting.
- Experience using analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to leaders to develop solutions.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.
