About the role

  • Drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness across Pharmacy Services Digital & Technology unit
  • Execute PS DDAT org's strategic vision
  • Translate strategies into actionable plans and metrics
  • Support strategy office of the CDTO in leadership staff meetings
  • Provide direct support to the strategy office of the CDTO
  • Facilitate management governance and tracking status
  • Oversee daily management operations of the CDTO office
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives
  • Build connections across the enterprise to drive innovation and alignment

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, technology management, or related fields
  • Proficiency in analyzing metrics and using data to inform strategies and processes
  • Familiar with Agile or Lean methodologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead without direct authority
  • Familiarity with software engineering processes, tools, and frameworks
  • Understanding of AI concepts, cloud, DevOps, or software architecture concepts
  • Ability to see the big picture and align team goals with organizational priorities.
