Lead the development and support of store and field processes, systems, and applications in unique markets and store formats
Manage cross-functional projects and programs, ensuring effective coordination
Conduct root cause analysis to identify system issues and provide solutions for inventory challenges
Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes
Define requirements for system enhancements, oversee testing, and coordinate deployments
Develop and maintain financial and operational reporting for initiatives
Guide and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback
Oversee daily inventory support activities, including second-level Help Desk support and Inventory Operations Mailbox
Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training materials
Ensure efficient execution of inventory management rollouts and initiatives
Maintain data sources, create reporting tools, and execute ad hoc reporting

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with inventory management operations, technical systems, analytics and data mining
Direct team leadership and development experience
Project management experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and SQL
Experience with Blue Yonder (preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Skilled in advanced analytics, enabling actionable insights and evidence-based strategies
Effective collaborator and influencer across all levels of management
Independent decision-maker with sound judgment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor information to the audience
