About the role
- Using Workday to accurately track and report out on candidate pipelines and key updates
- Performing pre-screening of candidates in the candidate pipeline
- Responsible for identifying and collaborating with sourcing partners on opportunities to attract candidates and build candidate pipelines
- Ensure customer information is processed efficiently, accurately, urgently, and thoroughly
- Delivering outstanding Talent Acquisition service through a strong commitment to customer needs
Requirements
- 2+ years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Experience including onboarding
- Basic knowledge of onboarding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience in Workday Applicant Tracking System
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
