About the role

  • Using Workday to accurately track and report out on candidate pipelines and key updates
  • Performing pre-screening of candidates in the candidate pipeline
  • Responsible for identifying and collaborating with sourcing partners on opportunities to attract candidates and build candidate pipelines
  • Ensure customer information is processed efficiently, accurately, urgently, and thoroughly
  • Delivering outstanding Talent Acquisition service through a strong commitment to customer needs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Experience including onboarding
  • Basic knowledge of onboarding
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience in Workday Applicant Tracking System
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
