About the role
- Support initiatives aimed at optimizing talent and vendor resources within the Aetna Technology Team.
- Assist in building and enhancing the Aetna Technology talent pipeline by promoting diverse talent strategies and coordinating hiring processes.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive analysis, metrics, and reporting materials to enable effective decision-making.
- Develop innovative tooling solutions and leverage data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
- Integrate requests from multiple teams to provide comprehensive support for data and operational requirements.
- Partner with the Internal Communications Lead to maintain and execute a content management and maintenance plan.
- Support planning and execution of internal events, such as Town Halls and Leadership Events.
- Manage complex information, gather and analyze business intelligence, and communicate findings clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years’ experience in an analyst, project coordinator, or similar role (open to recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework).
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in analysis and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
