About the role
- Responsible for executing and owning investigations into Employee Relations concerns
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and allegations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as company policies
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of investigations
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on policy-related issues
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate investigative reports
- Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant overall experience
- At least 5 years of Employee Relations Investigations experience
- Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane travel)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple investigations simultaneously
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Master’s degree preferred
