About the role
- Lead execution of assigned compliance monitoring activities and serve as subject matter expert.
- Plan and execute walkthrough initiatives and compliance testing, including on-site pharmacy testing.
- Create documentation of business processes and review policies, contractual obligations, and testing attributes.
- Perform and document monitoring activities, analyze results, assess impacts, and communicate findings.
- Draft reports for business partners and senior leadership and escalate risks.
- Support departmental initiatives and contribute to team activities fostering inclusion and integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in relevant fields such as PBM, managed care, healthcare, market conduct exams, compliance, or audit.
- Ability to travel up to 40% by car and plane.
- Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of related experience.
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities, including deductive reasoning and effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient communication capabilities, including clear and concise oral and written communication, as well as effective meeting facilitation.
- Preferred: Strategic thinker, innovative mindset with focus on automation and analytics, strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder relationship building, demonstrated project management skills, detail-oriented.
