About the role

Lead strategy, execution, and governance of cloud-native services across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud
Own complex, multi-team backlogs and partner with Distinguished Engineers
Define and drive roadmaps aligned to enterprise standards and customer use cases
Collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture to ensure cohesive vision
Ensure execution excellence by removing blockers, anticipating risks, and enabling scaled delivery
Systematize customer and stakeholder feedback loops and translate insights into measurable outcomes
Ensure services meet security, compliance, and enterprise standards
Mentor and develop other product managers and raise product management maturity across ISTS

10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in cloud-native or infrastructure product domains
Substantial technical fluency in cloud platforms, networking, and modern DevOps practices
Proven experience delivering enterprise services across multiple providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Private Cloud)
Experience defining product vision, roadmap, and outcomes across the end-to-end product lifecycle
Track record of simplifying complex programs into clear backlogs
Background in navigating enterprise risk, compliance, and approval frameworks
Skilled at balancing speed-to-market with security and regulatory obligations
Demonstrated ability to work with Distinguished Engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
Strong track record of building alignment in highly matrixed environments
Experience with infrastructure automation, AI/ML adoption, or DevOps practices
Familiarity with tooling like Terraform, Spacelift, or GitHub Actions is a plus
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
