Provide actuarial support for the Aetna Medicaid Behaviorial Health Centers of Excellence
Support nationwide monitoring of pricing vs. actual benefit expenses
Build analytic tools and dashboards to aid plan actuaries in determining rate adequacy and promoting rate advocacy
Perform actuarial functions by applying expanded quantitative skills and analytical methodologies
Leverage strong technical skills to recommend solutions
Demonstrate an advanced understanding of actuarial concepts and business acumen
Set own priorities within pre-established overall deadlines
Complete tasks independently with some direction from supervisor
Requirements
Minimum 2 SOA actuarial exams passed
1+ years of actuarial experience in a healthcare setting
Experience working with standard Microsoft Office product suite
Proficiency in Excel, and some programming experience
Demonstrates a high level of personal drive, technical acumen, and communication
Demonstrated success in collaborating with others to meet/exceed expectations
