About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the technical focal point for cVortex within the client, responsible for translating business requests into configured solutions on the platform;
- Gather, document and validate requirements with the client’s operations, product and IT teams;
- Design and implement omnichannel support flows, automation rules and customer journeys on the cVortex platform;
- Build and maintain chatbots (low-code/no-code), including decision trees, intents, integrations and human handoff;
- Integrate the cVortex platform with the client’s internal systems via REST APIs (CRM, ERP, databases, webhooks);
- Query and manipulate databases using SQL for diagnostics, metric extraction and flow validation;
- Model and document business rules, workflows and processes (BPMN, ERD, journey wireframes);
- Lead client rituals: daily with operations, weekly reviews with leadership, and improvement planning sessions;
- Serve as a structured bridge between the client and cVortex internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support), opening well-documented tickets, prioritizing and tracking deliveries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic SQL: SELECTs with JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries; reading relational data models;
- Reading and consuming REST APIs: understand JSON payloads, HTTP methods, authentication (Bearer/OAuth), and testing endpoints with Postman/Insomnia;
- Hands-on experience configuring chatbots in a low-code/no-code tool;
- Experience implementing customer service platforms, CRM, omnichannel or contact center systems — not just as an end user, but configuring them;
- Proven ability to elicit and document requirements (flow diagrams, BPMN, functional specifications);
- Maturity to handle crisis situations with clients without escalating emotionally;
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent demands;
- Analytical and structured thinking;
- Consultative stance — able to say "no" with a technical rationale when a client request does not make sense.
