Regional Sales Manager – LATAM Region

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the LATAM region, building a robust pipeline of prospects in security, retail, transportation, and other key verticals
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to local market conditions, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations across Latin American countries
- Establish and nurture relationships with system integrators, distributors, resellers, and technology partners to expand market reach and accelerate growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their security challenges and demonstrating how AI analytics solutions address their specific needs
- Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging opportunities to inform product development and business strategy decisions
- Own regional sales targets and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project implementations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be based in the Latin American region
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in the software B2B sales
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Proven ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and channel partners
- Experience developing and executing regional business strategies and go-to-market plans
- Skilled in managing complex sales cycles from lead generation through contract closure
- Excellent communication skills to present complex technical solutions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Latin American business culture and practices across different countries
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment with changing priorities
