About the role

  • Planning and Execution of Trade Shows and Events: Develop and implement marketing strategies for trade shows and events, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the budget for event marketing activities, seeking cost optimization and maximization of results.
  • Coordination with Suppliers: Negotiate and contract suppliers, venues, restaurants, agencies, exhibition stand builders, and suppliers of giveaways and promotional materials, ensuring delivery on time and according to the defined scope.
  • Promotional Materials: Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop event-specific promotional and communication materials, such as banners, flyers, videos, and social media posts.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all actions performed during events, from visual communication to visitor experience.
  • Multichannel Promotion: Support the promotion of events across multiple channels and document the activities carried out.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and surveys to identify new opportunities for participation in trade shows and events relevant to the company's sector.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience: Previous experience in event and trade show marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong results orientation and attention to detail.
  • Tools: Strong writing skills; proficiency in Excel; experience with Trello; etc.
