About the role
- Prospect corporate clients and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing
- Train and enable agencies
- Provide guidance and direction for operational processes
- Maintain the agency portfolio
- Achieve established targets
- Participate in regional trade shows and commercial events
- Create and distribute flyers and promotions
Requirements
- Reside in Bahia
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze indicators/KPIs
- Experience in the commercial/sales department of other tour operators or travel agencies
- Sales process experience (online and in-person prospecting)
