Account Manager

DevOps Engineer

• Design and build our Internal Developer Platform, likely centred around Backstage, giving development teams self-service access to environments, pipelines and observability
• Define and maintain golden path templates – opinionated, paved-road patterns for service creation, deployment, and configuration that reduce cognitive load for application teams
• Own and evolve our GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, improving consistency and developer autonomy around deployments
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to improve CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, driving towards fast, reliable, repeatable delivery
• Embed security tooling into CI/CD pipelines – SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secrets detection, container image scanning (e.g. Snyk, Trivy, Checkov or equivalents)
• Establish and enforce secure-by-default patterns within IDP templates so that security guardrails are a feature of the golden path, not an afterthought
• Support secrets management practices across Kubernetes workloads and pipeline tooling
• Contribute to infrastructure security posture – RBAC, IAM policy hygiene, network policy and supply chain integrity
• Work with InfoSec to translate security requirements into platform-level controls rather than per-team remediations

Platform Engineer – DevSecOps

Customer Success Manager

• You will be responsible for some of our largest accounts (Top 500 recruitment agencies), communicating regularly to provide support and assist with any queries
• Proactively reviewing your client’s accounts to ensure that they are utilising all aspects effectively and achieving the best results
• Liaising with clients via phone, email and Teams meetings
• Utilising recruitment data to provide clients with individualised feedback on market trends and their account performance
• Providing personalised online training sessions for your clients
• Working collaboratively with other departments to improve our account growth and retention
• Holding regular performance reviews for a handful of your largest client base over Teams/face to face
• Attending client visits and conduct onsite training sessions, when required to do so

Senior Customer Success Executive

• You will be responsible for a portfolio of client accounts
• Supporting your client accounts to ensure they are getting the best from their job postings, optimising their products to the fullest of their potential and making sure their job postings reach the greatest audience, with the best candidates to fill their roles
• Utilise data-driven insights to support their customers in optimising the postings, products and proactively recommend solutions to enhance their experience and outcomes
• Be a true subject matter expert, cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their goals and challenges, and ensuring they always see CV-Library as their number one job board platform
• Supporting our sales teams in enabling them to grow and retain accounts
• Ensure regular performance reviews take place with key accounts to promote new product updates and features, and to strengthen client relationships
• Manage client queries, concerns confidently and effectively dealing with any issues, and taking ownership of issues through resolution
• Leading a team of customer success executives, ensuring they provide the best client care to our customers
• Training and developing them in processes and procedure to ensure they can resolve customer queries and concerns
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and assess team and individual performance regularly and drive excellence across the teams to achieve and excel against KPIs
• Conduct regular 1-to-1s, reviews, and implement personal development plans for staff to reach their full potential
• Create and deliver training programs for team members to handle client inquiries effectively and accurately, addressing skill gaps as needed
