About the role

  • As an Implementation Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and help our clients successfully implement our software solutions.
  • You will be responsible for understanding client needs, performing business analysis, configuring the system according to specifications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading SaaS system implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and with high quality;
  • Identifying and analyzing client needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and coordinating their implementation;
  • Conducting training and onboarding for users of the implemented systems;
  • Acting as the interface between development, support, and client teams to ensure clear and effective communication;
  • Managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction with the delivered solution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience implementing SaaS systems, demonstrated by successful projects;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum;
  • Ability to identify and analyze issues, propose solutions, and coordinate their implementation;
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
