About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Travel consistently within the assigned territory to promote proprietary products and services
  • Focus on new account acquisition in the territory
  • Develop relationships with client's sales personnel to maximize sales results
  • Initiate regular contact with assigned accounts regarding business opportunities
  • Maintain records of all sales and prospecting activities
  • Partner with Customer Service and Sales Operations to meet customer demands
  • Participate at regional industry tradeshows and contribute to market strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Minimum of one year sales experience or experience in a sales or sales support role
  • Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office Suite
  • High level of awareness of social media and ability to quickly adopt new forms of communication
  • Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record required
