About the role
- Owns the full lifecycle of key modules within our Industrial Asset Management & Analytics platform, including AI-assisted diagnostic and workflow products.
- Work closely with the CTO, internal SMEs, UX designers, and software development teams to translate complex industrial workflows into intuitive, modern software experiences.
- Responsible for gathering requirements, shaping user experience, defining product strategy, and guiding features from concept through launch.
- Excels at synthesizing input from multiple stakeholders into simple, usable solutions that drive measurable value for operators, technicians, and asset owners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Programming language proficiency required; experience with Python or BI tools (Looker, Tableau) is a big plus.
- Domain familiarity with at least two of the following: Predictive/reliability-centered maintenance (RCM, FMEA) Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Industrial IoT protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT) and edge computing.
- Related or transferable industry experience.
- Experience working in agile environments.
