Key responsibilities & impact

Building and maintaining customer relationships: Work closely with new and existing customers through online messaging.
Sharing design and material expertise: Understand key customer preferences to bring their design ideas to life.
Managing the overall success of your projects: Approach each project individually to make the design and development process fun and easy for the customer.
Contributing to internal development: Review communication techniques, technical guidance, and project strategy feedback with your manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent written communication skills
Client-facing experience in sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or account management
A passion for jewelry and design
Discerning visual taste
Resourcefulness - the ability to make good decisions in the absence of perfect information
Preferred but not required: A track record of achieving strong sales results
Experience in fine jewelry sales
Technical experience as a jewelry designer, bench jeweler, or artist
Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work
Bachelor’s degree from a competitive college/university
