About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary system owner and subject matter expert for the Aspire platform
Manage the full lifecycle of IT change management activities for Aspire
Lead Aspire related automation of existing manual reporting processes
Partner with business stakeholders to identify and facilitate opportunities to automate manual processes
Spearhead the establishment of a new Municipal Finance ecosystem within Aspire
Act as a trusted day-to-day technology partner for Commercial Finance and Municipal Finance teams
Serve as the single point of contact for all Aspire-related IT audit and SOX compliance requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT platform management
Demonstrated experience managing a commercial lending, leasing, or finance platform
Proven track record of leading IT change management efforts
Hands-on experience designing and implementing process and reporting automation solutions
Experience supporting SOX IT general controls compliance
Exceptional business partnership and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field
