About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with departmental leaders to understand business needs and help develop plans that build organizational capabilities and support growth.
- Own and elevate our review cycles end to end — lead the annual and bi-annual processes, guide calibration and compensation decisions.
- Guide managers and employees through day-to-day questions and concerns with fairness and sound judgment.
- Help assess team structures and work with leaders to identify areas for improvement.
- Support organizational change efforts and help build change-readiness across teams.
- Build strong working relationships with managers to understand their needs in the context of business goals.
- Review and analyze People metrics and analytics to spot trends and support informed decisions.
- Work with leaders to roll out engagement initiatives.
- Help develop and implement people programs that foster employee growth and development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally as an HRBP or People Partner supporting multiple teams or functions
- Strong foundation in People data and analytics — using metrics to diagnose issues and drive decisions
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand performance objectives that drive business outcomes and leverage data and analytics to support informed business decisions.
- Global Perspective: Ability to establish trust, fairness, and credibility with team members, managers, and cross-functional partners in a global environment.
