About the role

  • Act as project manager for successful onboarding of accounts and ongoing support for customers.
  • Collaborate with technical support, sales, product, and engineering when appropriate.
  • Transition calls with key stakeholders to outline the general onboarding plan and timetable.
  • Conversations with customers to uncover reasons for messaging and help them plan, implement, and follow through with messaging goals.
  • Organize data customers will send to their account and how it will be used.
  • Be the first point of contact for dedicated support and initial troubleshooting.
  • Follow up with customers ~1x/month after onboarding.
  • Assess customer’s plan for growth and keep them on path to renew agreements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager for technical products
  • Fluent in French, Russian, and/or Spanish
  • Must be located in a PST time zone and available to work standard PST hours
  • Experience in customer success or another customer-facing role
  • Background in SaaS
  • Experience communicating with software developers in a technical capacity
  • Opinionated about customer experience for a business and in general.
  • Bonus points: Experience designing lifecycle messages.
