- We’re a product-led company on a mission to help our customers deliver magical communications at scale—and we’re hiring a Design Manager to help us shape the next generation of user experience for our platform.
- What you’ll do: Own high-impact design initiatives (IA overhaul, app UI evolution); Manage and mentor a team of 3–6 product and systems designers; Drive design rituals; Collaborate with PMs and Engineers; Uphold design quality; Evolve our design system (Pluma); Shape culture around feedback and async-first communication.
- What we’re looking for: 10+ years in product design; 5+ years managing or mentoring designers; Proven leadership of complex initiatives; Experience with design systems, component libraries, and Figma workflows; Strong communicator in remote/async environments; Skilled in accessibility, responsive UI, and UX best practices; Background in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or data-rich product environments.

Requirements
- 10+ years in product design; 5+ years managing or mentoring designers.
- Proven leadership of complex initiatives (IA, redesigns, cross-platform work).
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and Figma workflows.
- Strong communicator, especially in remote and async environments.
- Confident navigating 0→1 and iterative product design processes.
- Skilled in accessibility, responsive UI, and UX best practices.
- Background in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or data-rich product environments.
