About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides operations focused support to the Pulling and Tensioning Segment in an organized, professional manner.
  • Strive to become an expert on the products in your segment and explore and introduce new opportunities as they arise.
  • Continually expanding education and knowledge on the equipment segment. Attend factory training, seminars, etc.
  • Initiates contact of staff, and existing and potential customers, identifying their needs.
  • Maintain Pulling and Stringing Products rental unit spreadsheet.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on Fiber Optic Blowers & Underground pullers use in the Data Center market.
  • Upload all files into Docuware/Salesforce in a timely manner.
  • Create files, monitors, updates equipment inventory location.
  • Develop Fiber Optic equipment spec sheets, check in & check out sheets.
  • Reconciles credit card statements and reports monthly.
  • Create expense reports as needed.
  • Assist with service/warranty repair paperwork as needed.
  • Assists with recall information when needed.
  • Assists in unit orders as needed.
  • Tracks unit orders/deliveries nationally.
  • Computer and software proficiency and can quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Follows verbal and written communications and communicates effectively with public, customers, and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner both orally and in writing.
  • Works in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Ability to interface well with all customers, and all departments of the Company and to represent the department in a highly professional manner.
  • Responsive to management requests and manages time efficiently.
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining an organized file system.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision, capable of self-checking work.
  • Ability to learn.

  • Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Ability to learn new software to complement this function.
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills and priority setting skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Professional appearance and manner, business casual, or Jobsite PPE as required
