Design, develop, and maintain production-grade web and desktop applications
Build and evolve React-based frontends with a strong focus on usability and reliability
Develop and consume APIs, handle network requests, and manage application state
Implement and maintain Electron-based desktop functionality, including system and OS-level integrations
Manage local data storage, caching, and database connections
Work close to hardware-related features and data capture workflows
Contribute to architectural and technical decisions across the software stack
Ensure performance, stability, and scalability of applications in production
Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers
Collaborate closely with backend, cloud, mobile, and hardware teams

Requirements

Strong experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer on production applications
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
Professional experience with React for complex web applications
Experience building desktop applications using Electron or similar frameworks
Solid understanding of API design, consumption, and network communication
Experience handling local databases, file systems, and offline data
Familiarity with hardware-adjacent or system-level functionality
Proven experience scaling and maintaining production systems
Ability to contribute to and guide technical decision-making
Experience supervising, mentoring, or reviewing work of other developers
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Based in Munich or willing to relocate (on-site work required)
