About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day transaction management for a portfolio of properties on behalf of national and/or global corporate services clients
- Assist with implementing portfolio plans aligned with client real estate goals and objectives
- Collaborate with brokerage professionals on negotiations for lease, sale, sublease, and purchase transactions
- Manage key documentation and client communications
- Review and interpret financial analysis
- Oversee revenue tracking and maintain transaction activity databases
- Ensure accuracy of transaction reports and financial data
- Present transaction activity to clients and lead or facilitate client meetings
- Improve transaction processes and technical workflows
- Assist with onboarding new team members and potentially supervise transactional team members
- Develop and implement standardized processes and playbooks
- Coordinate broker selection, negotiations, legal reviews, client site visits, and market tours
- Resolve landlord/tenant disputes and ensure state real estate standards are met
- Assist with client rebate account management
- Support strategic real estate planning, business case development, and execution of action plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred
- 3+ years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
- Client service skills
