About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s)
Maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, and air distribution systems
Monitor and adjust all mechanical/pneumatic equipment as necessary
Verify field conditions and perform repairs or adjustments
Monitor Energy Management
Repair doors, ceilings, and other general repairs
Perform preventive maintenance duties in accordance with standards and best practices
Inspect equipment and verify cleanliness of rooms
Document and report activities to supervisor
Respond to emergency situations and customer concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
3-5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting
Appropriate license/permit for trade as required (i.e. Journeyman or Master Electrician License, Refrigeration Certificate of Fitness, etc.)
Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
Knowledgeable in energy management systems and building systems operations
