Ensure facilities run efficiently by performing preventive and corrective maintenance
Support repairs and assist with system installations

Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial or industrial mobile facility maintenance
Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing
Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Technical proficiency with work order management systems (CMMS)
Current EPA certification or ability and commitment to obtain
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate’s degree or vocational/technical school diploma preferred
Must pass a criminal background check and hair follicle drug screening.
