About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure facilities run efficiently by performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Support repairs and assist with system installations
- Drive operational excellence and promote a safe work environment
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions
- Install and modify building equipment and systems
- Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial or industrial mobile facility maintenance
- Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing
- Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Technical proficiency with work order management systems (CMMS)
- Current EPA certification or ability and commitment to obtain
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate’s degree or vocational/technical school diploma preferred
- Must pass a criminal background check and hair follicle drug screening.
