About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consultative, project-based and hands-on support to Regional Account Leadership and team members
- Partner in the execution and delivery of value-added HR services such as strategic talent management, performance management, and compensation planning
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees to provide effective HR guidance and coaching
- Collaborate with HR leadership on key compensation initiatives and talent acquisition efforts
- Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
- Conduct on-site internal investigations involving employment incidents and prepare comprehensive investigation reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong business acumen with proven results in influencing and advising managers and leaders
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
