About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment.
- Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.
- Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects.
- Tracking and evaluating advertising and all client traffic.
- Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing, cohesive team.
- Driving revenues with thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Property Management experience
- 3+ years of Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Real Estate License preferred
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills
- General office, bookkeeping and sales skills
