About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial models and planning tools
Gather and analyze financial and operational data to support planning activities
Help identify financial risks and opportunities through trend analysis
Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics
Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast
Analyze revenue, expenses, labor costs, and operational performance data
Partner with finance and operational teams to provide financial insights and reporting support
Assist in evaluating business cases, customer contracts, and operational initiatives
Provide ad hoc financial and operational analyses for management
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for operational improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
1-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of financial data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
