About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for following established processes and procedures for managing the design, development, and construction of projects for a client account.
- Interacts with multiple stakeholder teams such as clients, facility management, transactions, occupancy planning, general contractors, and client vendors.
- Contracts, coordinates, and monitors various services relating to master contractor agreements for tenant improvement and facilities projects.
- Works closely with and provides detailed progress reports to the Team Lead and Client, in addition to the building/facility management team.
- Identify and resolve issues; must be good at problem-solving.
- Schedule and lead project meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.S Degree in related fields of Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred.
- Requires seven (7) to ten (10) years of directly related project management and/or construction experience.
- Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects.
- Ability to read and understand construction specifications (and construction drawings preferred).
- Proven leadership ability, administrative ability, technical background, and project responsibility experience preferred.
- Highly organized and skilled with time management.
- Willing/able to travel up to 35% of the time.
