Key responsibilities & impact

Prepares all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, and general repairs
Completes resident service requests in a timely manner
Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks
Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records such activities
Responds to resident service requests and provides superior customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of related experience
EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate
Knowledge of various maintenance functions including plumbing, pool maintenance, air conditioning, heating, general carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and safety issues
Ability to work any shift Sunday-Saturday to support business needs
Must possess a valid Driver's License
Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
