About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepares all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, and general repairs
  • Completes resident service requests in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate
  • Knowledge of various maintenance functions including plumbing, pool maintenance, air conditioning, heating, general carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and safety issues
  • Ability to work any shift Sunday-Saturday to support business needs
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
