About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides professional project management experience to designated construction projects
  • Interacts with client representatives onsite
  • Monitors and coordinates the execution of the various services relating to client contracted agreements
  • Prepares agendas and maintains master project budgets and timelines
  • Keeps building management apprised of progress
  • Prepares and coordinates project reports and drawing reviews
  • Assists in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams
  • Reviews requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with the project
  • Adheres to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures
  • Reports major problems and findings to supervisor
  • Adheres to government laws and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.S. Degree in Construction management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent job experience
  • Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
  • Hands-on experience with technical facilities construction projects preferred
  • Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google suite of programs
  • Procore Project management
