About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides professional project management experience to designated construction projects
Interacts with client representatives onsite
Monitors and coordinates the execution of the various services relating to client contracted agreements
Prepares agendas and maintains master project budgets and timelines
Keeps building management apprised of progress
Prepares and coordinates project reports and drawing reviews
Assists in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams
Reviews requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with the project
Adheres to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures
Reports major problems and findings to supervisor
Adheres to government laws and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. Degree in Construction management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent job experience
Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
Minimum of 5 years project management experience required
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
Hands-on experience with technical facilities construction projects preferred
Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google suite of programs
