About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Business Intelligence Solutions team in delivering data analytics and governance
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to BI analysts
- Establish best practices, standards, and processes for BI development and delivery
- Serve as a senior analytics partner to Clients and account team
- Coordinate the timely delivery of standard monthly reports
- Advise Clients on analytics strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape data and insights strategy for Workplace
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data and develop analytical solutions
- Manage data assessment and data mapping exercises for analytic initiatives
- Ensure alignment with enterprise data platforms
- Leverage emerging AI and Machine Learning tools for BI delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Experience leading or managing analytics, BI, or data teams
- Strong client and stakeholder management experience
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms
- Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and analytics solution design
- Strong experience with Power BI (including data modeling and semantic layer design)
- Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and validation
- Experience with ETL / data preparation tools such as Alteryx
- Experience working with Databricks or modern data platforms
- Exposure to commercial real estate or portfolio-level data
