About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Operations Manager with daily team supervision
- Oversee manpower and operations
- Organize vendor services for clients
- Liaise with the client team and stakeholders
- Develop detailed site knowledge and respond to service requests
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the client and RSM requirements
- Create and manage the OPEX budget, ensure billing accuracy, and attend client meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in facility management and remote site operations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and IT skills for remote communication
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including holidays
