About the role
- Oversee an assigned portfolio or a multi-faceted property in a designated geographic area
- Ensuring the smooth running of each community in partnership with the Asset Manager and Regional Property Manager
- Providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects
- Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing, cohesive team
- Driving revenues with understanding and analysis of competition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years of Property Management experience
- 5+ years of Management experience
- Proficient in Yardi property management software or other similar property management software
- CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process
- Possess real estate license
- Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
