About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist the Property Manager with overall operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits
  • Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects
  • Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards
  • Track and evaluate advertising and all client traffic
  • Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required
  • 3+ years of Property Management experience
  • 1+ years of Management experience
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills
  • General office, bookkeeping, and sales skills
  • Ability to manage a team
