About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment
- Assist the Property Manager with overall operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits
- Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects
- Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards
- Track and evaluate advertising and all client traffic
- Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required
- 3+ years of Property Management experience
- 1+ years of Management experience
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills
- General office, bookkeeping, and sales skills
- Ability to manage a team
