About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring effective service delivery
- Manage service contracts and conduct RFP’s
- Lead the facility management team and ensure positive response to requests
- Prepare and deliver consolidated financial reports and budgets
- Develop and explain the annual facility budget
- Coordinate collection and analysis of performance data
- Approve hiring and training of facility management staff
- Drive customer focus and innovation in operational activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration required or equivalent
- Minimum of 8-10 years of facility management experience
- At least 3 years at the level of Facility Manager
- Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management
- Experience with human resource and performance management processes
- Experience with critical system environments preferred
- CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred
