About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic sourcing and category management activities across indirect procurement categories, including professional services, facilities management, and operational support services across two countries
  • Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle including supplier sourcing, RFP/tender management, contract negotiations, vendor onboarding, and supplier performance management
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives through commercial analysis, savings tracking, and procurement governance while balancing operational and stakeholder requirements
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to manage procurement risks, support decision-making, and deliver procurement transformation or process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare procurement reports, analyze spend data, and leverage procurement tools and technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance across procurement operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related discipline
  • Ideally minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or indirect purchasing within corporate or multinational environments
  • Strong experience managing services procurement (not direct goods/logistics procurement), ideally within facilities management, banking, financial services, or corporate accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven exposure to cost savings initiatives, contract negotiations, budgeting, and vendor management
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication (English & local language), and analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and procurement systems/tools
