Senior Project Manager, Data Center, Project & Development Services

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide project management experience for a client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex
- Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines
- Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at all project phases
- Assist in the selection and contracting oversight of consultants and construction teams
- Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; advise the Account/Portfolio Manager
- Directly participate in the marketing and presentation of services to clients
- Supervise project managers, space planners, and CAD operators
- Cooperate with other building/facility personnel to achieve corporate goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related area required
- Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
- Data Center and/or Mission Critical experience required
