Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and drive delivery of technical services program
Responsible for global engineering & operations program
Establish vision and strategy for Engineering & Operations service line
Create community of practice of technical resource leaders
Manage vendor teams delivering key initiatives
Identify opportunities for service quality, innovation, and process improvement
Manage sustainable performance measurement for internal benchmarking

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree required, Advanced degree strongly preferred
15+ years in Facilities Engineering or technical services management
Demonstrated experience building global programs
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Black Belt Preferred
PE license preferred
Expertise with asset management/CMMS platforms
Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
