About the role

  • Oversee and provide tactical support for Client’s portfolio FF&E needs in a specific geographic region
  • Manage FF&E requests, project planning, client relationship management, project coordination, site support (access and scheduling), and budgetary tracking
  • Partner with project managers, facilities teams, and external vendors to align FF&E solutions with brand standards, budgets, sustainability goals and timelines
  • Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, and Design/Construction to define FF&E scope, standards and budgets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client lines of business to understand requirements and portfolio impacts
  • Serve as primary client contact for daily FF&E requests and simple projects
  • Develop tactical migration plans and sequencing of relocations and project installations with Project Manager and Furniture Team
  • Prepare RFPs, solicit bids, negotiate with vendors, and secure competitive pricing and contract terms
  • Track purchase orders, invoices, and change orders to maintain budget compliance and provide regular cost reporting
  • Implement furniture management activities, initiate warranty processes, resolve punch-list items and post-occupancy issues
  • Ensure FF&E selections comply with local building codes, fire and life-safety requirements, and ADA/ergonomic standards
  • Recommend alternative furniture vendors and make operational efficiency, cost savings and asset utilization improvements
  • Provide ad hoc Strategy & Planning support and Facilities team support for special projects related to space management and maintenance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five years’ work experience in two or more of: project management, move planning, office furniture, facilities planning
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a corporate real estate environment
  • Basic knowledge of office furniture systems
  • Proficiency in understanding architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & design
  • Experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity
  • Working knowledge of various office furniture systems
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction
