What you’ll need

Low Income Housing Tax Credit - LIHTC experience required
Strong preference for multi-site experience, at the Property Manager level
Strong preference for experience with affordable Project Based Vouchers
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
GA Real Estate License preferred
