Requirements

- Low Income Housing Tax Credit - LIHTC experience required
- Strong preference for multi-site experience, at the Property Manager level
- Strong preference for experience with affordable Project Based Vouchers
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- GA Real Estate License preferred
