Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and within scope
Oversee all aspects of projects
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project
Prepare reports for client and key stakeholders regarding the status of project
Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure project delivery from inception to completion
Maintain professional and ethical standards
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pro-active Project Manager from commercial real estate, construction, facilities management background
Strong networks within Cushman & Wakefield and understanding of wider business services and markets
Ability to develop a partnership with client stakeholders to achieve corporate goals and objectives
Must have oversight into the performance, development, work quality, reporting, and activities of C&W Local Project Managers
Demonstrate strong professionalism and inspiring leadership qualities
Ability to work independently and allocate resources consistent with business goals
Strong communication skills
