About the role

- Collect appropriate information and initiate background checks for apartment qualifications
- Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in
- Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations
- Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of related experience
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
- Ability to assist leasing activities of the leasing staff
- Must be courteous and professional
- Strong organization skills
