About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Must work on-site 5 days a week
Serve as a senior analytics partner to clients and account teams
Advise clients on analytics strategies
Determine appropriate responses to client requests
Provide clear verbal and written updates to management
Support BI platform initiatives
Liaise with BI platform and solutions teams
Partner with development teams to expand analytics offerings
Support the evolution of a governed, scalable BI ecosystem
Develop and maintain analytics roadmap
Proactively analyze client portfolios
Assist with data assessment and mapping exercises
Manage intake and backlog processes
Partner with client technology teams
Drive continuous improvement in data automation, standardization, and quality
Utilize advanced analytics tools
Provide oversight on Power BI model design

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
Experience working on an analytics, BI, or data team
Strong client and stakeholder management experience
Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms
Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and analytics solution design
Strong experience with Power BI (including data modeling and semantic layer design)
Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and validation
Experience with ETL / data preparation tools such as Alteryx
Experience working with Databricks or modern data platforms
Experience contributing to a BI product team or analytics platform initiative
Exposure to commercial real estate or portfolio-level data
